Nieuw aangekocht bij Thomann in 2023. Beide Meet Maude's zijn enkel met zorg in mijn schone en rookvrije studio gebruikt.
"Imparting a dark and tape-like quality to your sound, this analogue delay offers a rich and distinct character for you to wallow in luxury, self-righteousness and filth.
Using the tone and feedback controls, you can shape your repeats to be much more than simple reproductions of the input. Play right on the threshold of feedback, which you can mold as a low thundering growl or screeching wail, or let your echo slowly die out as the dynamic output filter gets darker every repeat.
A random delay time modulation adds a true tape feel to the delay, like a reel-to-reel motor spinning not quite perfectly. Full CV capabilities allow you to control delay time and/or feedback with any external source, like an expression pedal."
Chirality Audio Splinter

Twee Chirality Audio Splinters te koop (de prijs geldt voor 1), dus als je een stereo overdrive rack wilt maken (b.v. om digitale sounds wat grit en warmte mee te geven) dan is dit een prima manier.
Nieuw aangekocht bij Chirality in 2022, beide Splinters zijn enkel met zorg in mijn schone en rookvrije studio gebruikt.
Met wat pijn in mijn hart gaan deze de verkoop in want ze klinken geweldig op synth, drum machine, drone etc. Helaas is er overlap met wat modular gear en ik hou niet van overlap.

Animal Factory Amplification Godeater

Pas een maand geleden nieuw gekocht bij Schneidersladen (au). Zoals te zien op de foto's is deze in maart van dit jaar geproduceerd. Enkel met zorg in mijn schone en rookvrije studio gebruikt.
"The Godeater is a crown jewel amongst distortion effects. Thanks to its extreme compression and massive saturation, the module can be used at maximum gain without losing any punch in the low end. Therefore, the Godeater is the perfect companion for acoustic and synthetic basses as well as drums. Any other audio material can be perfectly destroyed as well, of course. Alterable clipping stages and a very musical EQ concept allow you to vary the modules sound very nicely.
The Godeater is not a clone of some classic circuit, but a completely new design with an incredibly brutal sound character. Aditya, the founder of Animal Factory Amps, calls the module a “fuzztortion”.
Essentially, the Godeater consists of a level control and a high-pass filter at the input, followed by two saturation and clipping stages as well as a tone control section."

In 2023 nieuw gekocht van Singular Audio. Dit is de Mastering variant van de Tubedrve 500 module in een Elysia Qube Chassis. Enkel met zorg in mijn schone en rookvrije studio gebruikt.
Dit is een geweldige tube saturator waarvoor ik een Elysia Qube Chassis heb gekocht. Als je al een 500 rack hebt dan is het zinvoller om een nieuw te kopen, maar als je een plug & play kwaliteits stereo tube saturation unit in een compacte chassis aan je setup wilt toevoegen, dan is dit ideaal.
"This mastering version is the same as the original tubedrve, but with indented/stepped controls for easier recall and stereo matching. It also has a low gain setting which provides an extra -10dB of gain that provides extra headroom. This comes in handy when using it on the mixbus or when mastering.
The tubedrve utilises 2 pentode tubes per module.The 6AS6 vacuum tube can be switched from pentode to triode operation. Triode mode provides a smoother type of overdrive with more ‘even harmonics’. Pentode mode provides an aggressive distortion with more ‘odd harmonics’."
